My optimal habits
Being in a perfect flow these are the things I’d like to habitually execute:
- Reading: consume knowledge
- Notes: internalise knowledge
- Anki: retain knowledge
- Meditation: find focus
- Movement: get around outside
- Exercise: targeted physical practice
